Cancellation Policy
Due to health code regulations, no returns on ANY products that have been used, worn, and no longer in original packaging! Also, ANY item custom made just for you, with your special specification can not be returned!
Damaged items and incorrect items:
It is your responsibility to notify us immediately by phone (240-317-5356 or
586-292-1310) to receive a return number. Then the item must be returned within five (5) business days for evaluation and inspection. Place item in the original container.
Hair Connection reserve the right to deny a refund if it is believed that the item has been worn or abused in any way.
